Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking

• You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.

Cancellations After 24 Hours of Booking

• Reservations canceled after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

• Failure to collect the rented equipment at the scheduled time without prior cancellation will result in the loss of the full payment.

Modification Requests

• If you need to adjust your booking, such as changing the rental dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Modifications are subject to equipment availability and may incur additional charges.
