Return Eligibility

On-Time Returns

Rented massage guns must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Condition of Equipment

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear. Damaged or non-functional equipment upon return may result in additional fees to cover repair or replacement costs.

Early Returns

If you choose to return the massage gun before the rental period ends, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

Return Process

Drop-Off

Massage guns should be returned to the designated return location mentioned in your rental agreement.

Shipping Returns

If returning via courier or postal service, ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
